I liked these but the rivet button fell out. So they zip up fine but nothing to button closed. Wasn’t even held to the material. So I’ll see on my own button. Also, the inside top of the waist is not denim. Some sort of poly to keep them in place? Cheap.The material was thinner than expected, as others have reported. Would have preferred more of a real rougher cotton demin feel. Definitely size down at least one size, if not two, as advised!I would like to have like to have been able to try 2 sizes down for fit, but I think the smallest was the size 4. I can normally wear size S 4-6. I think this size 4 works out for me as a belted, very relaxed fit pair of bf style jeans.As for length, there was no option for petite, it automatically stayed fixed at regular length as the only option when I ordered. I'm 5'2" and the regular length arrived out of the package rolled up as pictured. They are full length on me rolled up and go all the way down past my ankle bones. I will need to roll them up quite a bit more (or cut off some of the rolled up length) to wear them as capris. But I like that they are longer than I expected. Gives me more options re which length I'm in the mood to wear.FINALLY, someone giving women pants that go to the ankles. you can rill them up if you like, or not. but thank you EB for giving women the option. all our pants for the past 10 years are slowly moving to capris length as if we no longer need jeans to cover our whole leg.these are a 3-season medium weighted jean material that is well done in both the Heritage and Authentic washes i got. even color throughout with no premature aging or rips/tears like you find on jeans now-a-days. they rip soon enough. lol.as for fit, i recently gained 20lbs from steroids for a medical condition and the size 16 fit loosely enough so that i didn't feel too self conscious. i was wearing a 10-12 before the weight gain and liked jeans to fit baggy, ergo choosing boyfriend fit where possible these are a classic 5-pocket style but not so tight that they reveal every bulge or fat thighs. i would buy more if there were more colors. baggy is much more comfortable that tight when you feel as fat as i do now. thanks EB!I ordered the darkest color and received the lighter, more distressed one. It’s not as versatile or appropriate but I’m getting on a plane and have no time to do anything about it. I paid $80 and the price says $70 so while they’re fine, it was not a good buy.I wanted a quality boyfriend jean with no holes. a pair that I could wear out myself, for the long haul. This denim color is so nice, like a comfort color, medium blue. Nice fit in the butt, the total fit is proportionate, I'm a pretty solid 12 on the bottom, regular 32 length. (sometimes jeans will shrink at the waste, this was perfect, no shrinkage). These you can fold or unfold. They stretch as you wear them so they sag, but the butt still looks good. I love that about a boyfriend jean. So these get a 5 star from me!Shapeless, waist is a little too large, which I usually prefer, except these went too far. Fabric is wrinkly and lightweight, almost unrecognizable as denim. The jeans also tend to grow throughout the day, from a comfortable fit in the morning, to constantly hiking them up by day's end. Washed and dried in very hot water with no shrinkage; the effect I was going for.
