I was so excited and these pants were beautiful...quality material, very heavy and durable. But the fit was TERRIBLE. It stated to order one size down which I did but it was still too large. But the biggest issue was in the thighs...the fit ballooned out in the thighs making it look very baggy and like clown pants. Even the legs were not as skinny as I would have liked. It was more of a boot cut than skinny legs. I could dealt with the legs but not those huge areas in the thighs. The entire looks was very very baggy and ill fitting. Will not reorder. So disappointed.These are great jeans. They have support and give to the fit that I just feel good in them.The cut was very off. I order NYDJ from other major retailers, and I get 14-16. I ordered an 18 and they were strongly too tight.These are advertised as having a 'legging fit' which they don't at all. I own several pairs of skinny NYDJ jeans and these are so baggy! Their skinny & super skinny styles fit perfectly, but these are really billowy on my calves and ankles. Also, the texture on these is a very thin layer of crochet-pattern thread; I'm definitely going to snag them on something soon and ruin them. Not what I expected! I've had such success with their other pairs!Returned. Ran large could have sized down 1 size. Color was not a deep black. They were comfortable and flattering.Fits bigger than the same brand, same style, in other colors that I buy at the department store. By a size smaller than you usually do in this brand. They are also a little bit shorter than usual.Little roomy, but look fine; very comfortable material and the lace front is stunning--can be easily dressed up or down. Must be careful of snagging, but a good purchase.Beautiful pants, that fit great and worked well while I was traveling in Europe and were very comfortable and stylish.
