I am 5' 2 1/2" and these capris were quite a bit longer on me than they appear in the photo. (Although, to be fair, based on the length of the model's thighs, I don't think she's petite.) Unfortunately, they hit me at an unflattering point mid-calf, making my lower calves and ankles appear wide(r). I also think the bottom of the legs are wider than they appear in the photo. Lastly, I own a ton of NYDJ jeans and pants in various styles, and these fit a little tighter in the waist. I bought the same size I always do, and had to struggle a bit to fasten them. (The Karen Capri jeans I ordered in the same size fit fine in the waist, so it's not due to weight gain, lol.) To be clear, there was nothing wrong with the quality, and I'm sure this style will work well for others. They just didn't work for me.
