The size 29 runs small in the waist and butt--even for Levis. I have two other pairs of 29 Levis, which fit very nicely, but these were dramatically small. I returned them. I appreciate the Kohl's drop off option very much and love shopping on Amazon! The fabric is heavy like guy Levis and yes expect a wedgie and if they are too small it will be sonic....just saying....Also, high rise is a bit of a stretch and my pair was almost completely one shade of denim and didn't look worn in at all--like traditional guy jeans. But this style appears to be trendy now and are in fashion magazines like crazy. I think these jeans will look very appealing on many as long as they fit right. They definitely are retro--think late 70's.
