Fabric is perfect and pulls on with ease. Length is good. Only the color is a very drab gray.The fit is perfect and the colors are just as shown on web. Very smart looking shorts.I have jag jeans ainsley shorts and love them. Pull on style is really comfortable, wide elastic band is good to hide mommy pouch. When saw these on sale in my size, I wanted to try the gracie version. These are more of a classic fit, more relaxed but not too big, compared to Ainsleys, which are slimmer in the legs. I bought multiple colors in twill my normal size and they fit true to size; except for the denim version in flat iron. Flat iron was an inch smaller in the waist than the twills (all in size 2), bit the hips were the same, it is more like a curvy cut. Some colors in twill were slightly larger than others, but not enough difference to size up or down except for the flat iron colored denim ones. Not too short or too long, i like the inseam and find it more comfortable, these are wear anywhere shorts. Double cherry is a bright red, conch shell is a light pink, jungle palm is olive khaki. Will keep twills and return the flat iron denim as the waist gives me muffin top, and hips will be very large if I get a size up.If you've found my review helpful please click helpful below. So glad I ordered these they fit perfect! Nice amount of stretch so they are comfortable but not so much that they end up loose after wearing them all day. Highly recommend!These shorts are so cute and comfortable. However, after less than ten wears, the butt ripped all of a sudden. Luckily I was home and could change. They were most definitely NOT too tight, so it must be a flaw in them. I’m so very disappointed. They were expensive shorts that didn’t even last the whole summer.I love Jag jeans and shorts. They are high quality, slim you down and for me no zipper is a much more comfortable fit. I've purchased the Ainsley Bermuda short in most every color and I've worn them for years. I decided to try a shorter leg cut, so instead of the bermuda (Ainsley) which is knee length, I tried these Gracie 8" shorts. I'm really disappointed! The waist is more of an elastic puckered waistband unlike the flat stretch waistband on the Ainsley. Therefore, the Gracie makes you look slightly heavier (in the belly) unlike the Ainsley which flattens your tummy. They also seem to "grow" (stretch) throughout the day making them look sloppy and appear a size larger than what you put on in the morning! These are a big let down. Please make the Ainsley in a shorter cut leg to keep this customer buying Jag :)I lost 65 lbs. four years ago, since then I have slowly gained back some of the weight. Jags have been my gauge as to what size I am in. I have my Jag shorts in 3 sizes. These look so comfortable and no one can tell they are pull up pants. As I've gotten older, I prefer the pull on shorts to the buckle and zipper. These wash and wear and ready to go. They are not too short or long and Jag shorts are my favorite.The fit and flexibility in these is great!!!
