These mid rise jeans hit just below my belly button and have zero stretch. They run a bit big AND they will stretch and get one to two sizes too big throughout the day. They are very cute and good quality, but I would highly recommend sizing down. I am 5’8, 144 lbs with a 28 inch waist and 36 inch hips (athletic build, basically built like a ruler) and the 27 was just a smidge too large on me when I first tried them on. As the day wore on, they became too big, but didn’t fall down, they just became a bit baggy. They go right back to normal after you put them through the dryer, but stretch right back out with the next wear.I really loved the color and it covers my mama pouch I absolutely love them I ordered a back up pair lol I’m 5’2 and about 125lb and I have no hips and no butt lol but I feel like the jeans look nice one me lol I got a size 24 I hope this help and they do loosen after awhile of having them on but in a good way they don’t look bad when they loosenI'm 5'7" and 132lbs. I usually wear a size 6-8. I bought these in a 27 which is much smaller that I would normally wear. I tried a similar pair on in the Levi store and noticed how large they run. I will hem them once they are washed because I want to wear them at an ankle length given they have a pretty wide leg. They narrow a bit at the bottom so cuffing them is not ideal in my opinion.I was torn on what size to order based on other reviews, but I ordered my normal size 25 and they fit perfect.Contrary to the description, these are NOT low rise…. They are mid-rise. I didn’t return because I still liked the fit but was expecting them to be lower. I’m 5’6 and 130 lbs for reference. For the folks that are complaining that these are too large, I think they may have gotten the jeans based on the wrong size chart. Amazon lists two, one is in the pictures and you scroll through them (don't use this one), the other is buried in the description. But to erase any confusion, I went directly to Levi's website to check on the sizing. Levi's has always had weird #'s for their size and when I get jeans in other brands, I'm always a size 10 in jeans and dresses. So according to Levi's size chart, I would take their size 30. The 30 fit me like a glove. Now the weird thing is, these are 100% cotton, NOT stretchy. I have other Levi's jeans that have stretch in them but I have to take a 31 in those. So based on what I currently owned, I went and ordered a 31 in the Low Pro but I was freaking swimming in them. I went back and looked at Levi's size charted and decide to go down only one size and now they fit perfectly.Really like there's none of that stinking elastic . Much more complimentary to a regular old body. And comfy. They looked huge but ended up fitting my slim teenage daughter fine. I don’t think they run small, just stretchy.Bing a lady of a certain age, I wasn’t sure I could get away with these jeans, but they fit really well are super comfortable and make me look a little bit trendy, which I love. Even my college kid wanted a pair. Give them a try! :)This is tough! Would have been 5 star but then I noticed the price tag on them! I paid $103.00. Tag is $69.50.Fit is awesome! Comfortable with roomy seat and thighs. I’ve searched hi and low for a Jean with this fit! Perfect for a 58 year old lady!!!very nice jeans, but coloring is not always perfect.my 1st pair had an ugly dark spot in front,2nd pair had less ugly spot in more acceptable location.if i was buying them in a store it would be much more easily.Mes jeans préférées ! tissu doux et de qualité, look décontracté, je reçois des compliments chaque fois que je les porte. Will definitely be buying more of theseOne of my new favourites, hits just below the waste and fits as expected for a loose cut. True to size for a relaxed fit.
