These are pretty comfortable. I will try to update in the future with how well they're holding up - I have never purchased Silver brand before. These were recommended as a curvy fit and that seems to be accurate. They are high waisted, although the rise is not as high as Levi's 721s I ordered at the same time. It's definitely a step up from paper-thin Aeropostale-type denim. They don't feel as immediately stretchy when you put them on as the Levi's 721s, either.For reference: my measurements are 28-28.5" waist, hips 39" at widest point. I ordered a 27W and 26W - I should have kept the 26W even though it felt tight as the 27 definitely stretches after a day of wear.I got these in 36/31, I’m a curvy girl and the fit was great. Comfortable In the waist which is really important to me and they hugged every inch from my waist, hips and legs and didn’t feel restrictive. Nice stretch to the Jean but not as soft as my suki boyfriend capri purchased at Macy’s , but still well made, however, they were too long. I’m 5’10 and although the jean itself is a true skinny from hips to ankle there was just too much material leftover at the bottom and it looked sloppy. They didn’t have a 29 inseam in stock so I returned them and purchased the Suki style with a 29 inseam (I’ll be reviewing those as well) and those were too short and i also had to pull them up every 5 min, returned those and so now I ordered the Avery directly from their website in 31 inseam and we’ll see, crossing my fingers.I think I would’ve loved these more if the waist wasn’t so high. They fit really good and I was super excited when I first got them but after wearing them for a bit the top really stretches out which in turn gives you a pooch right where the zipper is. Would probably work OK for someone that is taller or has a longer waist. For reference I’m 5’2”
