These jeans have the perfect amount of stretch. They keep the tummy tucked in but don't squeeze you into a muffin top. I have short legs and the length leaves just a little extra as opposed to having them bunched at the ankles. For reference, I purchased a size 3 and it sits perfectly on my 28inch waist and 44 inch hips / butt. I previously purchased a size 5 and it was slightly lose from the waist which is why I ordered a size 3.. best purchase ??I am 5'7" at 150 lbs. My legs are longer. I have a size 13. I normally order a size 8-10-12. Depending on the brand. I LOVE THESE!!! They do sit a bit above the waist. The legs go down to my ankle. I do like the style of skinny jeans but not the extreme tightness. The buttons are of quality and come wrapped. I really like the styling of the belt loops. Many jeans have wide belt loops that for me, always seem to stick out. I would only want to wear a skinny belt anyways.
